Confirmation of employment history:
The position held, performance, and length of employment are verified. To do this, GAT Group contacts the references provided or the human resources departments of previous companies. The candidate's employment history may also be analyzed.
Contact references:
In this step, GAT Group contacts the candidate's previous supervisors to obtain direct references regarding their performance and attitude in previous jobs.
Social network analysis:
The candidate's social media profiles are reviewed, a common practice to verify achievements or recognitions mentioned in the resume, such as awards or distinctions.
Credit history inquiry:
Credit checks are essential for candidates in the financial sector. A positive credit history reinforces confidence in your ability to manage financial responsibilities.
Residential Address Verification:
GAT Group confirms the candidate's residence as stated on their ID. If the candidate resides in a different location than the one indicated, this new address is also verified.
